We focus on deep engagement and hands-on capability building, partnering with you directly in execution rather than working in a vacuum. We Guide by providing proven methodologies and frameworks, while You Build the assets, mapping key processes and drafting playbooks to ensure your team owns the outcome. All programs are executed against live projects because we believe in creating multiplier value through collaboration—your people will learn by doing, and your people will own the outcomes - we build capability not dependancy.

GED | VENTURE BUILDING

Objective: Design a rigorous, repeatable engine to build businesses from scratch leveraging corporate assets. Use customer-centric validation across four distinct phases to move from incubation to scale. The program is based on workshops designed to analyse and answer a detailed list of over 75 key questions.


Outcome: An agreed venture building playbook

GED | GROWTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM

Objective: Mobilize a cadre of activators / connectors empowered by their leaders to define and document a workable engagement model to provide growth initiatives with timely access to corporate assets and functions. The program is based on workshops designed to help individuals and teams define agile rules of engagement for growth initiatives.


Outcome: Institutionalised access to internal assets to turn the Mothership into a competitive launchpad, including communication strategy, HR and senior management alignment.  The program comprises a 6-8 week schedule of workshops.

GED | CHALLENGE FRAMING

Objective: Designed to be used for all projects, we help define the specific problem space or domain, through disciplined facilitation, stakeholder mapping, and hypothesis creation.


Outcome: Produce a formal Challenge Statement that provides the essential boundaries and vision required for incubating a new growth initiative. Output includes a prioritised stakeholder map.

GED | STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND M&A INTEGRATION

Objective: Design a Global Strategic Partnership Unit to source and unlock value of high-impact partnerships, or strategic acquisitions. Align partnership activities with internal growth teams to maximize synergies and optimise integration. The program is based on workshops designed to analyse and answer a detailed list of over 75 key questions.


Outcome: An agreed scalable strategic partnering playbook

GED | IMPACT FRAMING

Objective: Designed to be used for all projects, we conduct candid 1:1 interviews with all senior stakeholders in order to define and then align around what strategic, financial, and team success looks like, so that the project team can execute.


Outcome: The project team assimilates the inputs and presents back to the leadership.  Agreed definition of success, supportive engaged governance, agreed measurable‘ milestone driven roadmap, best chance of execution success.

MRP | PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
